Brighten Your Day website is made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read all our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.brightenyourday.com.au

The following terms and conditions may be amended or modified from time to time without prior notice to you. By using this site, you acknowledge & agree to all our terms and conditions. 

 

Our Prices

All of our prices are quoted in Australian dollars & inclusive of GST. Prices are updated on a regular basis, depending on the marketplace and any deals that we may negotiate with suppliers.

The only prices that we will honor are the ones clearly stated on www.brightenyourday.com.au not those shown in third party sites such as Get Price, Shopbot etc.

Those prices can be days old and do not always accurately reflect current prices. All other references to pricing on our site would need to be checked and confirmed.

 

Product Disclaimer

Brighten Your Day takes all reasonable care to ensure all details prices, photos, representations and descriptions of product appearing on the website are updated and correct. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the site. What you’ll see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment we are therefore unable to guarantee the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Shipping & Exchanges if you are unhappy with your purchase.

 

Stock Availability

We keep all our stock in our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

We like to keep our stock limited and exclusive, so we only bring limited numbers of prints and we do not repeat them.

We make every effort possible to have our items in stock and our stock updated, however occasionally this information might not be correct. If for some reason the stock quantity is wrongly marked and we do not have the item you wished in stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

If we can’t supply an item as promised, then we will immediately refund your full payment or alternatively you can choose a different product (of equal value) that you love as a replacement. 

 

Refunds

Brighten Your Day does NOT issue refunds under any of these circumstances:

  • Change of mind,
  • Wrong size ordered,
  • Decided you did not like the purchase,
  • Sale items,
  • Discount Code was used.

Faulty items

Any product that arrives in a defective condition can be exchanged or returned for a refund as long as it is unwashed, unworn, with tags attached.

Examples of a faulty item upon arrival are; holes, open seems, rips, stains, etc.

When stretched, some of our fabrics will appear lighter in certain areas. This is not a defect. It is a normal characteristic of the fabric.

Changes to your Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. However, if applicable, you can follow our return and exchange procedure to exchange an item. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped Brighten Your Day accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

 

Shipping 

  • Free Shipping applies to orders over $100 (Australia wide).

Please be aware that orders to countries outside Australia may be subjected to import duties or tax, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as this charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of this is necessary to release your order from your customs. 

For items returned due to Unpaid Delivery Duty, Brighten Your Day will not provide refund for shipping expenses from Australia to the destination country and from the destination country back to Australia. 

 

Franchises 

We do not allow international franchises of the Brighten Your Day brand to be established overseas. All retail sales must be made under your own brand.

 

Competitions 

We run contests on our site, we give away promo codes and we run challenges on our social media page. The terms and conditions of each promotion is at the discretion of Brighten Your Day and is subject to change.

 

Newsletter

We offer e-newsletters every week to share with our clients’ information about our new trends, promotions and blog articles. Clients may cancel their free subscriptions by following the simple ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each newsletter. 

 

Errors and Omissions

Whilst we endeavor to get everything on our website correct, we do occasionally make a mistake and will not supply goods that have been erroneously priced or where details are incorrect and accidentally show a more expensive item at the price of a cheaper version or brand of that item.
